the bay area, you'll see mostly clear skies. here's a live look at downtown san francisco through the financial district, temperatures in the 30s and 40s. oakland at 58 degrees. low 50s in san jose. what's in store for the rest of the day. we have a pretty strong ridge of high pressure and it's been building since other the weekend. it continues into today through the afternoon. we'll be keeping temperatures mainly in the 60s for the most part. mid- to upper 60s by this afternoon, and once again, we have some big changes coming up by about midweek, so you'll notice this wednesday forecast. we have a good chance of rain moving across the bay area and things again remain unsettled through the weekend coming about friday night into saturday. we'll talk more about this coming up. in the meantime, traffic on this monday morning. >>> we just got word of a trouble spot involving a big rig that may have took out some power lines on fair month between 580 and lake shaboe . try toe avoid the intersection. san leandro, 580 and lake shaboe. elsewhere we have road work, southbound 101 through
supplies are in good shape because of all of this. the san francisco public utility commission tells us it's reservoirs are at 83% of capacity. east bay, five reservoirs, a combined 85%. and one of the santa clara valley water district's biggest rainwater reservoirs, the lexington, is at 63%. still room for rain down there. >>> two people are dead of a getting washed into the water on the marin side of the golden gate bridge yesterday afternoon. a third person was able to make it back to shore and call 911. the coast barred and the tiburon fire department were not able to save a man and boy who were spotted in the water near the north tower of the golden gate bridge. sky 7hd was overhead as the rescue boats returned with both victims on board. their bodies were recovered just after five. they were pronounced dead when they arrived at a coast guard station. >> the unit shortly arrived within 25 minutes and recovered two bodies, one male adult and one child. those subjects were later pronounced deceased. >> a high surf advisory was in effect at the time they got swept away. >>> police mate a
outreach program to the community here in san francisco. it's been a multilingual effort and retail in terms of face-to-face engagement. it's been fliers and multi-media so far, and what we came out from that effort of gathering information and engaging with customers, potential customers, are there's findings that have shaped our cleanpower sf program offering and that is that san franciscans will pay a premium for a premium product, that 100% renewable product. we have a geographic understanding of the customers most interested in cleanpower sf and those are the customers we propose to focus on in the first phase as we roll the program out and we are anticipating there is sufficient interest in those areas to offer about a 20 to 30 mega watt program here in san francisco. this map shows you the interest or the propensity to stay with the program as we roll it out. with the darker green showing the most interested, most likely to stay customer locations, so you can see it's fairly concentrated, and a broad enough area to encompass about 20 to 30-megawatts of san francisco load,
